1. Introduction

Welcome to Yorkshire Heritage Windows. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including the supply and installation of bespoke windows and doors across the United Kingdom. By purchasing from or interacting with us, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Services Provided

We offer two service options:

Supply Only: We manufacture and deliver made-to-measure windows and doors to your specified address.

Supply and Installation: In addition to manufacturing and delivery, we provide professional installation at your property by trained installers.

All products are made to your specifications and cannot be returned unless faulty or not as described.

3. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate measurements and specifications when ordering. We are not liable for errors due to incorrect data supplied by you.

If you require help with measuring or specifications, please contact us prior to placing your order.

For installations, you must ensure that we have clear access to the installation site and that the area is safe and ready for work.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are clearly communicated prior to order confirmation.

Full payment (or deposit if agreed) is required before manufacturing begins.

Accepted payment methods will be confirmed via invoice or quote.

5. Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines will be provided upon order confirmation.

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by factors outside our control, such as supply chain issues or weather conditions.

You must ensure someone is available to receive the order on the agreed delivery date.

6. Installation

For installation services, a schedule will be arranged once products are ready.

You agree to allow our team access to the premises at agreed times.

While we take care to minimise disruption, some noise and dust may occur.

7. Cancellations & Returns

As all items are custom-made, orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged on arrival or does not match the agreed specifications. In such cases, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

8. Warranty

All products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty against material or workmanship defects - warranty details provided with quote.

The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse or improper maintenance

General wear and tear

Issues resulting from incorrect installation by third parties (for supply-only customers)

9. Limitation Of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, branding, and website content are the intellectual property of Yorkshire Heritage Windows and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Data Protection

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

12. Changes To These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England.
